Get Total War Warhammer 3 for just $15, and score seven other games for free

If there's one thing that secures Total War: Warhammer 3's spot in our list of the best strategy games, it's the sheer scale. From the cinematic Realm of Chaos narrative to the huge 1v1 battles of Domination Mode, it never caves under the pressure of hordes of minions fighting to the death under your control. If you want to grab it for just $15 / £11.49 and get seven other games to boot, then help yourself to a month of Humble Choice (which you can cancel once you've got your freebies).

While I'll never forgive developer Creative Assembly and publisher Sega for inevitably killing Hyenas, I can be persuaded with some good ol' Total War: Warhammer 3 fun - as it turns out, my forgiveness can be bought. Admittedly, Total War is a titan of the genre, but Warhammer's fantasy universe makes it all the more engaging, keeping me hooked for just one more round.

I don't personally spend a lot of time doing multiplayer in these types of games, solely because I'm not good at them, but there are loads of options for those who want them. I don't need anything to damage my ego, though, so it helps that the Realm of Chaos storyline is fantastic, offering a truly memorable experience that sees you meet unforgettable characters with engaging relationships and rivalries.

However, the real fun is Immortal Empires, which brings together all three Total Warhammer games - races, campaign maps, and more - in one giant mega experience. That means there are 86 playable Legendary Lords, with over 270 starting factions, spread across a gigantic map made up of 533 regions. It's essentially a massive map-spanning campaign, promising endless hours of chaos.

It's no shock that we're fans of the trilogy here at PCGamesN, with Richard Scott-Jones scoring the game a huge 9/10 in his Total War: Warhammer 3 review. In it, he said the game "[boasts] not just the best and most diverse single-player campaigns ever, but a revolution in multiplayer too." So, you're in for an excellent time.

Although there have been some frustrating bugs and issues introduced in recent DLCs and updates, that doesn't take away from the quality of the core experience. Besides, this is the most cost-effective way to get the game, and if you count the $14.99 / £11.49 price as being divided by the eight free games you get, this is the cheapest it's ever been. All you have to do is subscribe to Humble Choice, and considering you can cancel the subscription and keep the games, that's quite a bargain.
