Those free Where Winds Meet code items should go into your mailbox, denoted by a little envelope icon to the right of the main pull-out menu. If you don't see them straight away, you might have to restart the game first. You're essentially logging out and back in, which forces a mailbox refresh.

The first pre-release code for Where Winds Meet was released via a livestream on the game's official Twitch channel on November 8, 2025. This Twitch channel hasn't been particularly well publicized on the game's other social channels, but you can find it through the Twitch search function (or, you know, Google) easily enough.
