Summer break is just around the corner. Even if you have plenty of trips booked, you'll find yourself home on the couch occasionally. When that happens, you're probably tuning into your favorite streaming platform to catch up on this summer's latest releases. If you're displeased with your current TV, there's a great deal at Amazon today.

As of June 5, the 65-inch Hisense QD7 QLED 4K TV is on sale for $499.99 at Amazon, marked down from the normal price of $599.99. That's a 17% discount that shaves $100 off the list price.

A small TV doesn't really cut it anymore and these days, most people will want to outfit their living rooms with a TV that's at least 65 inches. Hisense makes some of the best budget-friendly models without skimping out on picture quality. That's all true when it comes to today's deal on the Hisense QD7 QLED.

The mini-LED display focuses on great contrast and it features full array local dimming. QLED TVs tend to be a great option if you'll be watching in a bright room or you tend to watch TV during daylight hours.
