Best earbuds deal: The Sony WF-C710N are on sale for $88

Maybe the only thing we love more than a good pair of noise-cancelling earbuds are noise-cancelling earbuds with hard-to-beat value.

Even at full price, we found that in the Sony WF-C710N earbuds, but as of Nov. 3, you can grab these noise-cancelling buds on sale at Amazon for just $88. This deal puts them just $10 away from their record-low price of $78 (as recorded by camelcamelcamel), and $41.99 below their $129.99 list price. Though they are available in multiple colors, this particular price point is only available on the black earbuds.

So what makes these earbuds so impressive? In a nutshell, they offer the dynamic sound you'd expect from Sony at a much lower price point than say, their WF-1000XM5 earbuds. You will forego spatial and lossless audio at this price, but as Mashable contributor Alex Bracetti writes in his review, "lows are the most expressive frequency, but mids and highs are given enough attention to create warm, stable sound."

The noise-cancellation also puts on a strong showing, with Bracetti noting that these earbuds only really let through high frequency sounds, and even then, they mostly sounded like background noise. With both sound and ANC, Bracetti wrote these earbuds outperformed the AirPods 4 with ANC. You also get the added bonus of Sony's excellent equalizer settings via the companion app.

The WF-C710Ns also do better on battery life, offering 8.5 hours per charge with ANC (besting even the new AirPods Pro 3). Despite being more affordable, their touch controls also were responsive and reliable. Ultimately, their biggest flaws came in the form of being uncomfortable for Bracetti during longer periods of wear, and the lack of features like wireless charging. But for anyone looking for a great, customizable sound profile, $88 is a tough price point to beat.
