Arc Raiders Greasing Her Palms quest walkthrough

How do you complete the Greasing Her Palms quest in Arc Raiders? Most quests in Arc Raiders are fairly straightforward; they'll ask you to acquire a certain item or maybe kill a certain Arc. The Greasing Her Palms quest, however, sets three objectives in three different locations, and what you have to do when you get there isn't immediately evident.

Decent Arc Raiders map knowledge is essential if you want to check off the tasks in the Greasing Her Palms AR quest, as you'll be sent to often-overlooked areas in several locations. Craft yourself a good AR build, because it's likely that other squads will be prowling the same areas you plan on visiting, likely with the same aim.

Locked room in Water Treatment Control

Arguably the easiest step of the bunch, Celeste wants you to unlock a room in the Water Treatment Control building, and even supplies you with the key. Water Treatment Control is a mid-tier loot area, but it is still a busy place owing to the sheer amount of lootable containers in the building, so you'll have to be cautious when entering the building.

If you enter the building from the main entrance, you will be in the reception area. From here, take a right, taking care to disable the metal detector on the door. Eventually, you'll see a door with a red control panel - use the key that Celeste provided to unlock this and complete the first part of the quest.

Barricaded area in Space Travel Building

The next step of the quest takes you to the sand-filled streets of Buried City. The Space Travel building is your objective, which is marked on the map above. The barricaded area is on the sixth floor here, which is fairly straightforward to find - the tricky part with this step is that the Space Travel building is a high-value loot area, and in the middle of the map, so it is usually teeming with both player and Arc.

We suggest doing this one with a group, and only if you get a decent spawn. If you enter a raid late or have to run across Buried City, it can be extremely dangerous to get to the Space Travel building in one piece, and then you'll have to contend with other teams who may have set up shop in this valuable building.

Scope out the rocket thrusters in Spaceport

By far the most nebulous of objectives here, Celeste wants you to scope out the rocket thrusters outside the rocket Assembly building on Spaceport. Unlike other quests you may have done previously, this objective does not have an interactable object in the world.

The pin on the map above will show you the area you need to look for these rocket thrusters - they're huge, you can't miss them. To complete the mission, you have to stand next to the large white thruster for around ten seconds. You'll know you're successful when a message pops up on screen informing you that the objective is complete.

With the Greasing Her Palms quest done and dusted, you'll net yourself a Lure Grenade blueprint and some crafting materials for your trouble. While you're in the Water Treatment Control locked room, make sure you search the place, as it can throw up some incredibly valuable items if you're lucky, like some almost-mythological rusted gears, for instance.
