Dog Collars can be found in even the smallest of containers, so when you're in and around these buildings, make sure you keep your eyes peeled for anything that can be searched. Drawers, desks, and even lockers can house this important item. If you have a safe pocket, make sure you place the Dog Collar in there, lest you lose it when the next brigade of Arc rolls around.
