The Humble Choice games for June 2025 are here, and there are nine total Steam Deck games on offer, compared to the typical eight we expect. This helps offset the slightly lower value of this month's games, with no triple-A titles included in favour of some incredible indie experiences instead.

Whether you're playing on the best gaming handheld on the market in the Steam Deck, or perhaps a more powerful option like the Asus ROG Ally X, each of these games will run without issue, so get them added to your Steam library sooner rather than later.

Breaking down the numbers, for just $11.99 / £8.99, you can save $184.92 / £161.08 against the total MSRP of this month's games on Steam. The biggest saving of the year came last month, where you saved $258.41 / £232.55, making June's offering look weak in comparison, but I would argue the games are just as good.

There is no membership obligation with Humble Choice, meaning you can pay for one month, claim your games, and cancel your subscription at any time – the games are yours to keep forever. If a new set of games arrives that you don't like, or perhaps you own many of them already, you can also opt to skip a month. To grab your subscription, click this link here.

The June 2025 Humble Choice games are:

  • Warhammer 40K Boltgun – Steam Deck Verified
  • Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered – Steam Deck Verified
  • Dungeons of Hinterberg – Steam Deck Verified
  • Tchia – Steam Deck Verified
  • Sker Ritual – Steam Deck Playable
  • Biped – Steam Deck Playable
  • Havendock – Steam Deck Playable
  • Nobody Wants to Die – Steam Deck Unsupported (but runs great)

As usual, I want to run through some of the standout games from this month's lineup. In June, while all the games on offer are great, there are three (well, technically four) in particular stand out above the rest.

First is Sker Ritual, a round-based shooter that takes the Call of Duty Zombies gameplay loop and expands it into an entire game, just with lore that's way easier to comprehend.

This supernatural indie shooter from British developer Wales Interactive expands upon lore set out in its hit game, Maid of Sker, but you don't need to have played it to understand anything going on in Sker Ritual.

The gunplay is super satisfying, and the almost roguelike progression system is really engaging and had me screaming "just one more run!" when I would inevitably fall victim to one of the many awesome bosses in the game.

Next is Warhammer 40K Boltgun, another shooter, but one that harkens back to the days of Doom and Wolfenstein with an awesomely gruesome pixel-art graphics style and rapid run-and-gun mechanics.

Whether you're a veteran of the Warhammer 40K tabletop game, its many previous videogames, or a complete newbie to the scene, Boltgun is one of the easiest ways to get started with the IP. Better still, if you enjoy the game, Warhammer 40K Boltgun 2 has already been announced, so there is something to look forward to for 2026.

Finally, there is Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered. A two-in-one package that brings back the classic PC and PSOne games from 1999 and 2001, respectively.

These are faithful remasters that don't seek to massively change the original experience beyond some quality of life tweaks and a much-needed graphical overhaul, making both games playable on Steam Deck for the first time without the need for control modes.
