What is the Arc Raiders Hatch Key? We've all been there: bags fit to burst with loot, with the game winding down. Several exfil points have already closed, and you just know that the last one left is going to be carnage. If only there were another way out. Turns out, there is, at least for those with a bit of coin to spare.

With Arc Raiders on our doorstep, the time for planning is now. Having a clear objective is one thing in the multiplayer game, but as is so often the case, things go sideways fast, and occasionally you need a way to exfil that won't alert half the map to your presence. Even with one of our best Arc Raiders builds under your belt, there are times when escape is the best option, and that's where the Hatch Key comes in.

What does the Arc Raiders Hatch Key do?

A Hatch Key opens one of several emergency escape hatches located across each map in Arc Raiders. These exfil points don't sound an alarm, nor do you have to wait before you can escape, making them a much safer option than using one of the elevators.

How to get an Arc Raiders Hatch Key

There are two reliable ways to acquire a Hatch Key. The first is to purchase one from Shani, the Security Trader; she charges nine thousand coins for a single Hatch Key, and you can only purchase one of these every 24 hours.

Alternatively, if you have a Utility Bench in your Workshop, you can craft a Hatch Key with one advanced electrical component and three sensors. We would suggest crafting Hatch Keys initially, as your coins can always be put to better use, and are vital if you need to start fresh after a disaster run.
