We'll keep an eye on the situation, but since this is a wider issue affecting all AWS services, including Roblox, Snapchat, and more, there is no telling when Fortnite servers will be back online, especially since this has nothing to do with Fortnite itself.

Generally speaking, Fortnite servers only go down during maintenance periods between patch updates or when demand is increased to the point of overloading servers, such as the first day of Lego Fortnite going live. There have been exceptions where things have taken longer, like the prolonged downtime at the start of Chapter 5 Season 2, where the maintenance period was extended by eight hours, or wider outages such as this.
