1. Place cereal in a large bowl. Using a rolling pin or a food processor, crush apple chips to fine crumbs. In a small bowl combine apple crumbs, powdered sugar, and apple pie spice.

2. In a medium bowl, microwave dulce de leche for 30 seconds. Stir in white chocolate and butter microwave in 15-second intervals, until melted. Stir in vanilla and salt.
