Does Arc Raiders have crossplay? Venturing topside is dangerous business, but someone has to do it. You're likely to make less noise, and therefore draw less attention, if you're on your own, but there are times when a fight is inevitable, and for those times, it pays to have backup. The tricky thing is, sometimes your friends play on different platforms.

The Arc Raiders Server Slam is in full flow, and players are getting a chance to dive in for the first time since May. This time, anything goes - everyone can join, and because of that, a lot of people are wondering whether they can team up with their friends on other platforms. Here's who you can invite to the multiplayer game, and whether Arc Raiders has crossplay.

Arc Raiders has crosplay, and it is enabled by default. You can team up with - and fight against - players on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. To invite one of your friends, click on the logo of two people in the bottom right corner of the menu and add them using their Embark ID.

You are asked to create an Embark ID when you boot up the game for the first time, but if you have forgotten or you wish to change your handle, use the social menu. Interacting with your profile picture gives you the option to copy, show, or edit your username.

How to disable Arc Raiders crossplay

To disable Arc Raiders crossplay, head to the settings menu, then over to the 'Gameplay' section. There, you will find a crossplay option. To disable crossplay, interact with this and switch it to 'off'.
