To access the Hades 2 cross-save functionality, you first need to boot up your Nintendo Switch copy. To avoid any potential issues, don't create a new save on your Nintendo Switch copy until you've linked your accounts. If you have a save on each platform in the same profile slot, you risk accidentally overwriting that file.
