99 Nights in the Forest Ram guide - How to beat the Ram
How do you beat the Ram in 99 Nights in the Forest? Whether you've fallen foul of the woken beast or are simply doing the smart thing in researching the enemy before you're forced to face it, we've got a few pointers below on dealing with the 99 Nights Ram from the Volcano biome update. Just don't say we didn't warn you when it spoils a good run.
99 Nights in the Forest is a Roblox wave-based co-op survival horror experience where the title speaks for itself. You need to face enemies like the Ram, finding items to help you survive. 99 Nights in the Forest codes can help you get started, but you can learn some essential base defense techniques with Five Nights TD codes, too.
There is no way to kill the Ram in 99 Nights in the Forest. Weapons like the Katana, Laser Sword, and the Rifle cannot damage the Ram. While you can't kill the 99 Nights Ram like a Scorpion, Bear, or Cultist, you can "defeat" it by surviving the night in which it appears.
To survive the Ram, you need to focus on two things: stunning it with the flashlight as it walks, and positioning in a way that punishes its slow turning circle when it charges. If you stick together with your team and back away as it begins to charge its dash attack, the whole team can move left or right in unison to dodge the attack. The Ram can't turn easily as it charges, which should lead to it missing the team every time.
Stunning the 99 Nights Ram while it walks will buy more time between these dangerous dash attacks, making it just a little easier to survive the night. Just note that you can't cancel its dash attack with the flashlight-the Ram is immune to the flashlight from the moment it begins to charge the dash attack until it starts to walk again.
What is the Ram in 99 Nights in the Forest?
The Ram is a new 'Antagonist' entity from the Volcano update. It is the third undefeatable enemy to be added after the Deer and Owl monsters.
The Ram walks towards the player at speed and will occasionally stop in place to ready a bull-like charge attack against a single random player.
The arrival of the Ram is signalled by a cutscene involving two cultists coming into contact with the "woken" Ram. Once this cutscene plays out, the Ram becomes a potential spawn for the nights ahead in either the Forest or Volcano biomes.
Rumors suggest the 99 Nights Ram can spawn with the Deer during a Cultist Attack. And while this hasn't been confirmed or rebuked, it would go against the in-game lore that states "even the Deer and Owl won't go near it."
