Absolum has a lot of bosses for you to fight and conquer, but one of the toughest is The Underking. He's big, he's mean, he's got a scythe that is somehow also a gun, and he's going to try to bury you in his tomb of riches.

Captain Rudolf is the boss opposite Gazorg, Son of Zorg, in Grandery. Absolum has several bosses, but Rudolf will be one of the first ones you face.

Gazorg, Son of Zorg, is one of the earliest bosses you'll face in your runs in Absolum. He can be a bit annoying the first few times, but once you get his moveset down, he's basically a big punching bag that you can demolish.

Absolum is a great roguelike game with a ton of bosses to face off against in every run you make. The biggest and baddest of these bosses will be Azra, The Sun King, mostly because he's the final boss of Absolum's first half.

Zafari is a secret boss you can challenge in Absolum if you manage to make it to her. She's one of the only bosses that you can't fight in every run, which makes her even more of a rarity.

This has been such an incredible year for indie developers, with so many titles coming out that seem to redefine how we think about games. There surely can't be more, can there? Well, buckle up because Absolum is coming in with a wrecking ball to mix things up just like Expedition 33. This game was something truly inspired, and I haven't felt such a need to play a game since I first saw the gommage occur in Expedition 33. Absolum will suck you in with fun mechanics and an interesting story, and keep you there by giving you an infinite number of ways to build and enhance your character.

The Interloper is another secret boss in Absolum that will make you wonder what kind of game you're playing. This extra-dimensional being is certainly similar to the Great Old One, Cthulhu.

Absolum, as the name might imply, is the titular boss of the game, although there's a bit of a complication with them. You won't actually get to this boss until you've beaten Azra and rolled credits.

With lofty expectations stemming from its incredible RPG Hyper Light Drifter, Heart Machine had a tough task ahead of it with Hyper Light Breaker. A co-op roguelike based in the same universe and with suitably striking visuals, the game was packed with potential, but sadly struggled to find its feet in early access.
