You're going to want to blend in with the white flowers as much as you can, because once The Boss spots you, all bets are off. The sniper rifle isn't effective in this instance; it takes too long to reload between shots. As soon as she starts running, switch to the Mk22 pistol to pepper her with bullets. The further away you are from The Boss, the less likely she is to land a CQC attack.

The fastest way to defeat The Boss is to rely on lethal weapons, mainly assault rifles like the AK-47 and XM16E1, as they can maximize your damage output, particularly when The Boss is running towards you. If you're running low on health, there are three snakes hanging from trees on the battlefield that you can use as food. Likewise, now is your final chance to use any healing items you're carrying as you won't have the opportunity to use them again.
