How do you get Battlefield 6 Twitch drops? A new age of warfare is upon us, and as it turns out, it's actually slightly earlier than the last age of warfare. BF6 is having a beta period prior to launch, gated by invite codes. Luckily enough, you can snag yourself a code through the Twitch drop scheme, and here's how.
Now that we finally know the Battlefield 6 release date, it's time to gear up, starting with getting our boots on the ground with the BF6 beta. The FPS game surely wants to start strong after the backlash 2042 received at launch, and to be fair, from what we've seen, the signs look good. Grounded, team-based combat, crispy sniping, and frenetic-somehow-still-tactical combat are back on the menu.
From August 7, you can gain access to the Battlefield 6 beta early by watching 30 minutes of any streamer with BF6 drops enabled. As well as the early access codes, there is a suite of rewards available for those who watch several hours of drop-enabled BF6 content on Twitch.
The current BF6 Twitch drops are:
- 1 hour - Mimic Weapons Package
- 2 hours - Landslide Soldier Skin
- 3 hours - Shattered Vehicle Skin
- 4 hours - Imperial Soldier Skin
Battlefield 6 Twitch drops are only active when the beta is active, so you'll have from the 7th to the 10th of August, and then from the 14th to the 17th of August to earn your rewards.
How to enable Twitch drops
To receive BF6 Twitch drops, you must first link your Twitch and EA account, which you can do via this link. Once your accounts are linked, it's simply a case of watching the required amount of a streamer who has BF6 drops enabled.
You can check the progress of your Twitch drops by going to the 'Drops & Rewards ' section of your profile. Once you have watched enough of a streamer to earn your reward, you can go to your Drops Inventory to claim it.
Now that you know how to bag yourself some BF6 Twitch drops, sit back and enjoy your favorite streamer - or maybe give someone new a chance, you never know! If you're looking to get your buddies into the fight, check out our guide on BF6 crossplay so you know who you can and can't invite.
