Where are all the Grounded 2 Ranger Outposts locations? Can't quite figure out where that pinging radar is trying to send you? Check out our map of the Grounded 2 lab locations to find either a place to hide, a spot to grab a granola bar, or a quiet spot to upgrade your tools. You might also find a place to wait out the dangerous dark.
While you chart your course through the dense vegetation between each Ranger Outpost location, consider learning how to make silk rope in Grounded 2. Paired with the spinning wheel recipe, you'll have the means to craft materials used in mid-tier weapons. Use them to beat scorpions in Grounded 2 and score more easy upgrades.
All Outpost locations in Grounded 2
We've rounded up every Outpost location we've found in Grounded 2 thus far. From your first frolic to the Snackbar to the long journey toward the Statue, find every safe haven along the way to make for a smooth jaunt around the park.
Ranger Outpost: Snackbar
One of the first key locations you'll hit up in Grounded 2 will likely be the Snackbar Ranger Outpost.
Positioned just east of the Onboarding Facility, the entrance stands out in the clearing the moment you emerge from under the foundations of the food hut. This is where you'll grab your Omni-Tool and learn how to analyze materials, spend Raw Science, and upgrade your handy new device.
With the lock to the back room on the other side of the door, however, you'll need to venture into the tunnels not far from its front door to find an alternate passage to some of the key apparatus.
Ranger Post: Ceremony
Found in the middle of debris just east of Burg'l's arm in the Ceremony area is the appropriately named Ceremony Ranger Post.
While easy enough to spot thanks to its position in a clearing, you'll likely find an O.R.C Orb Weaver guarding the entrance. If you're just here for a quick visit (and didn't bring a buggy), it's easy enough to sneak by or kite the spider away from the door.
Slide in and you'll find the usual: a research station, resource analyzer, some supplies on the surfaces, and a chest with a few goodies. The locked door to the elevator can't be unlocked without jumping through a few hoops first.
Ranger Outpost: Trash Bags
Located just under the rocks decorating the right side of the Snack Bar, the Trash Bags Ranger Outpost hosts an analyzer at the bottom of its entranceway.
The right turn presents another locked door to an Ominent lift, with the path to the left taking you around an upgrade station, a handy water cooler, and a shelf by the window with plenty of bandages and granola bars. There's even a chest with a few simple materials and the usual comms device if you need to have words with Sloane.
You'll need to set up a lean-to at the front entrance if you're looking for a good night's sleep.
Ranger Outpost: Fire Pit
Nestled to the east of the pit itself, just on the border to the Grass Games, is the Fire Pit Ranger Outpost.
Defended by a large O.R.C. Cockroach and a few other smaller nasties, beating back the baddies and running into this one will reveal a goldmine of low-grade building materials on the left side of the base: Sap, Grass Planks, Weed Stem, you name it. It's a bit of a warehouse, and you can venture further in for even more.
Beyond another granola bar or two, this ends with a door displaying an Under Construction sign. Our guess is that you'll want to come back here as more updates arrive.
Also stocked on its shelves are the usual bandages and granola snacks to heal any damage taken on the way over. Taking the path to the right as you walk in reveals an analyzing station and a door leading to a place where your whole team can get some shut-eye.
Ranger Outpost: Flower Bed
The entrance to the Flower Bed Ranger Outpost isn't where the marker would suggest. Rather than atop the steps of the Statue area, it's actually in the corner against the fence blocking you from what could be a future biome.
That makes the Flower Bed Ranger Outpost not only a great place to shelter yourself and resupply, but an easy way up to the biome on the eastern edge of the map.
Ranger Outpost: Statue
Another (and perhaps more official) way into the Statue biome is through the aptly-named Ranger Outpost: Statue. It is found among the smallest steps that make up its rounded wall.
Defended by O.R.C Mosquitos, this lab has been mistreated by your hacker friend. While you'll find the usual Ranger Station and Material Analyzer, you'll also find the means to customize your SCA.B and Omni-Tool. If you have the required materials, that is.
Strewn about the place are Blueberry Chunks and bandages, as well as potential Snail Shell Fragments in a chest and some Brittle Marble Shards on a nearby shelf. All in all, it's one of the best ranger outposts for survival materials.
Ranger Outpost: Rose Garden
Whichever route you decide to take to the Rose Garden on the south side of the Statue area, you'll find the Ranger Outpost: Rose Garden entrance all the same.
This is another ransacked location with some customization tables and a Grounded 2 collectible sitting on a cart.
Ranger Outpost: Ice Cream Cart
Tucked away in the muddy ravine due southwest of the Ice Cream Cart is a particularly great Ranger Outpost.
Though relatively small, the Ice Cream Cart Ranger Outpost houses plenty of high-tier materials to grab: mint arrows, spicy shards, blazin' brews, and more. And that's on top of the usual bandages and snacks littered about the place.
But best of all, this Ranger Outpost has not only the typical research apparatus, but a crafting bench and a bedroom. It's all you need in a safe haven. Craft your Chill-resistant gear in peace, and you're all set to explore the frigid mountain just over yonder.
How do you find Ranger Outpost labs in Grounded 2?
The lab radar in Grounded 2 pops up as you get within range of an undiscovered Ranger Outpost. The more it lights up, the closer you are.
But if you can't seem to find the entrance to a nearby station, keep this one thing in mind: Grounded 2 ranger stations are always at the base of a sprinkler.
So, assuming you're not searching in the dead of night, just get up high and look for your nearest big red shiny post. Somewhere very close to the foot of it will be the safe haven you've been looking for.
