Looking for Blueberry Leather in Grounded 2? Blueberries are an uncommon sight in the park, which can make finding them an incredibly dangerous endeavor. Despite their low grading and limited use later in the game, you have to work hard to harvest them. Unless you know where to find and farm blueberries ahead of time, anyway.
If you're looking for leather, you're likely well on your way to mastering the park life in Grounded 2. For more handy tips in the survival game, check out how to craft the spinning wheel to turn fine fibers into all sorts of handy crafts.
When the time comes to upgrade your Omni-Tool with its Grade II boosts, you must have Blueberry Leather. To craft this important resource, you first need to find Blueberry Chunks.
Grounded 2 Blueberries location
You might have come across other blueberry-related materials already, most notably Blueberry Bandages in chests, bodies, or shelves in ant hills and other spooky places. With that said, Blueberries can be found in one single location in Grounded 2: the area directly behind the Ice Cream Cart in the bottom-right corner of the map.
Lucky for you, you don't have to go through the trouble of crafting gear to protect you from the Chilling debuff around its frigid spillage. Once you approach the corner, you'll be hijacked by the story's mysterious hacker, who'll warn you about stealing her stash. So long as you're prepared to take on a Bee for swiping the low-hanging fruit, you've found a blueberry farm in the most literal sense.
To harvest blueberries in Grounded 2, you first need to knock them down. This can be done either by hurling items, shooting them with a bow or candy staff, or by jumping up and timing an attack with your buggy. Once they land, smack them until they burst, leaving Blueberry Chunks behind. This doesn't require any sort of tool, so don't worry about needing an upgrade to your Omni-Tool for this.
With Blueberry Chunks in your inventory, take them to your closest workbench to forge three chunks into a single piece of Blueberry Leather. It's best to snag as many Blueberry Chunks as you can handle in a single run. If you have your buggy, load up its inventory and take the whole lot back.
With near-infinite Blueberry Leather at your disposal, you'll have no trouble upgrading your Omni-Axe and crafting enough Blueberry Bandages to see your team through their next expedition. While you're there, consider fighting through the Bees to craft the Fuzzy armor set. That way you'll be set to explore the frozen yogurt mountain you passed on the way to the Blueberry Fields without relying on a torch to stave off the cold while scorpions cut you in half.
