If you have a sweet tooth, there's nothing more delicious than Dubai chocolate bark. This recipe is packed with melted milk chocolate chips, kataifi, and pistachios. The best part? It's super quick and simple to make. You can have an entire batch ready in under a half hour. If you don't want to eat it all at once, then you can store it by layering bark pieces between sheets of waxed paper in an airtight container. It can stay chilled for up to one week, so you can savor the flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips, melted

  • 1/2 cup raw kataifi, toasted

  • 1/2 cup pistachio cream

  • 2 Tbsp. chopped roasted, salted pistachios

  • Sea salt flakes

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Reserve 1 to 2 Tbsp. melted chocolate for drizzling. Evenly spread remaining melted chocolate into a 9x7-inch rectangle on prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl stir together toasted kataifi and pistachio cream. Carefully spread kataifi mixture over chocolate.

  2. Drizzle kataifi layer with reserved melted chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and sea salt flakes (if using). Freeze bark until chocolate is set, 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Use parchment to lift uncut bark out of baking sheet; cut into pieces. Makes 16 servings.
