  • 3/4 to 1 cup refrigerated spinach artichoke dip

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salted butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

  • 1/2 cup panko

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Slice each pepper in half lengthwise; remove and discard seeds. Fill each pepper half with dip until slightly mounded.

  2. In a small dish combine melted butter and paprika. Add panko; toss to coat. Dip peppers, filling side down, into panko mixture to coat.

  3. Working in batches if needed, arrange pepper halves in a single layer in air-fryer basket. Cook until just tender and lightly browned, 5 minutes. Keep cooked peppers warm in a 200°F oven, if necessary.
