What are the GTA Online mansions prices and locations for the Safehouse in the Hills update? Whether you're looking to spend the big bucks or simply want to make the lives of those more fortunate than you a living hell, you're going to need money: AI companions and security squads are both expensive and effective. But before you can attack or defend one of these luxury abodes, you'll need to know where to find the Vinewood Residence, Tongva Estate, and Richman Villa in GTA Online, and how much they'll set you back.

Added in the Safehouse in the Hills update on December 10, these three new mansions represent the most expensive homes any player can purchase. After well over ten years of operation, experienced criminals can probably pony up the cash for all three. And with it being one of the biggest GTA Online updates to date, it's full of new ways to redistribute the wealth of Los Santos.

GTA Online mansion prices

There's only a $1.3 million difference between the Tongva Estate, the Vinewood Residence, and the aptly-named Richman Villa. And while that may sound like a lot, an 11% uplift doesn't immediately scream scrub-tier luxury residence.

These prices are reflective of the discount that's applied if you completed the three New Listing missions before the update.

As you can see, while the prices for the new GTA mansions are exorbitant, they're all within a similar range. Buying the lesser of the three won't immediately brand you as the poorest millionaire in the Los Santos area, and people will come flocking to your house as if you're high on the pecking order of a Hollywood celebrity homes tour, no matter which one you choose.

The Tongva Estate location

The very definition of the Safehouse in the Hills, The Tongva Estate may have poor access if you're trying to cycle home after someone slashes the tires on your FMJ MK V, but its position in the mountains makes it the perfect escape after a night of shady activity.

Found just south of the Lago Zancudo and its military base, just remember to head up Tonga Drive and take the left at the very end onto Route 68. Take the next left after that, and you'll eventually come across the Tongva Estate a little while after the fields. It's a long road with plenty of twists and turns, so do consider taking it easy on the gas for once.

The Vinewood Residence location

Located in the complete opposite direction is the 12.2 million dollar mansion of the Vinewood Residence. Find your way north of the Vinewood district of the city into Cliffton Avenue. Take another north exit in the centre of the street, and you'll be whisked up and around to the Vinewood Bowl. It's at the very end of the complex that you'll find the titular house in the hills.

If you need to make a quick escape back to your abode, launching yourself off the Los Santos Freeway can land you on one of its many connecting country roads.

Richman Villa location

Located within the appropriately named Richman district on the west side of town, the Richman Villa is one of the more easily accessible mansions of the Safehouse in the Hills update.

By heading out of Morningwood and up Tongva Drive, you just want to take the second right turn after Richman Street. Follow it down, and you should spot the elusive Richman Villa as you approach the second major bend.

Once you're ready to buy, just open up your fancy phone and mosey on over to Prix Luxury Real Estate. Pick the home of your elitist dreams, and you're good to go.
