When is the Evercore Heroes Ascension release date? A game that has worn a few hats during its development cycle, Evercore Heroes is preparing for a proper Early Access release, albeit in a new genre and with a new name. Here's everything we know about Evercore Heroes Ascension.
Evercore Heroes Ascension has a decent pedigree in the MOBA games sphere, with ex-League of Legends devs in the mix, offering their battle-weary take on how your Evercore Heroes Ascension champions should behave. They've taken that and applied it to their new twist on the co-op roguelike space, and with any luck, their experience will carry over into a fresh new experience for everyone.
The Evercore Heroes Ascension Early Access release date is 19 June, 2025. According to the official Steam page, the game expects to remain in Early Access for 'at least a year'.
There is a demo available on the game's official Steam page for those who want to dip their toes into the world of Evercore Heroes Ascension before committing to a purchase.
Evercore Heroes Ascension gameplay
So, what's changed? The original Evercore Heroes was a PvPvE MOBA that saw you clearing waves of enemies, felling huge bosses, and pouring as much hurt on your enemy as possible. You never fought directly with the opposition, instead completing objectives on the map to add additional enemies on their side.
Evercore Heroes Ascension keeps elements of this – creating builds, picking distinct characters – but flips the experience to a pure roguelike experience. You'll run the gamut of increasingly difficult enemies to upgrade your gear, in an effort to topple the toughest of opponents.
You can play Evercore Heroes Ascension solo, but games like this are better played co-op with friends. Finding a game-breaking build is nothing if there's nobody around to see it.
Now you know the release date for Evercore Heroes Ascension, there isn't much time to waste. Check out the demo if you're interested and get up to speed with the roguelike before release. If you're after something to play while you wait for EHA, we have the best PC games here.
