Put a savory spin on the campfire classic with our brie and jam s'mores recipe. Instead of roasting over an open flame, we're baking these s'mores in the oven. Soft cheeses, like brie, are typically creamy, moist, and delicate. Roasting brie transforms it into a gooey delight. We'll walk you through how to step up your appetizer game with this warm, melty cheese creation.

Ingredients

  • 1 (4.4-oz.) pkg. Brie bites miniature cheeses (5)

  • 1/3 cup jellied cranberry sauce

  • 1/4 cup red pepper jelly

  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh sage

  • 20 round butter crackers

  • 2 oz. sliced smoked turkey, torn in cracker-size pieces

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut Brie bites in half horizontally; arrange, cut sides up, in a 9-inch pie plate.

  2. In a small bowl whisk together cranberry sauce and jelly until nearly smooth; stir in sage. Spoon mixture over Brie. Roast until cheese is softened, 10 to 12 minutes.

  3. Arrange half of the crackers on a serving plate. Top with Brie and turkey. Top with remaining crackers.
