Something fresh is always blooming over at the Magnolia Silos, and this summer, it’s everyone’s favorite aromatic summer fruit. It might be strawberry summer over at Trader Joe’s, but peaches are taking over the menu at all three of Magnolia’s unrivaled eateries: Magnolia Table, a sit-down restaurant serving brunch and dinner, Silos Baking Co., which boasts a wide range of desserts, and Magnolia Press Coffee Co., the Silos’ very own coffee shop.
This summer, you’ll find the Silos’ menus bursting with sweet peach flavors, from drool-worthy desserts to fun summer drinks (and yes, that includes both cocktails and mocktails). Maybe you’ll even grow your own peaches after trying the latest menu offerings.
Magnolia Press Coffee Co.
The coffee shop's iced matcha latte is getting a summer transformation this month: They have infused their classic iced matcha with peach, offering customers a delightfully sweet yet herbaceous drink.
You’ll also find an iced peach green tea on the menu, boasting a flavor-packed blend of herbal tea and aromatic peach.
Silos Baking Co.
Once you’ve grabbed your drinks, it’s time to make your way over to the Silos Baking Co., where you’ll find practically every kind of sweet treat your heart desires. There’s no season like peach season at the Silos; while you’ll find loads of strawberry, lemon, and lavender-inspired hits on the Silos’ summer menu, we’re beelining straight for the peach-inspired dessert.
The Peaches n’ Cream cupcake is a peach explosion featuring a peach cake base with a graham cracker crust. This cupcake is topped with peach-flavored cream cheese icing for the perfect bite. You can also opt for a Summer Cupcake Box to experience all of the bakery’s seasonal flavors—a Joanna Gaines personal recommendation.
Magnolia Table
If you’re looking for a sit-down experience at the Silos, enjoy peach season at Magnolia Table with a peach-infused mimosa boasting chilled brut.
A fruit-filled cocktail and mocktail are also available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Spicy Peach Margarita uses tequila, peaches, jalapeño, and lime, garnished with a Tajín rim and jalapeño slice for extra heat. The Spicy Peach Fizz is the mocktail version of this intense cocktail, made with sweet peaches, jalapeño, and lime for an alcohol-free refresher.
The dinner-exclusive peach cocktail is the Peach Tea Mule, a seasonal cocktail combining sweet tea, bourbon, peach, ginger beer, and lime for another spin on a classic sweet and spicy favorite.
