What are the Dying Light: The Beast map locations? It's a pretty big world out there - even if The Beast isn't massive in terms of square feet, it's so densely packed that finding your way around can be a bit of a hassle. That's not to mention the thousands upon thousands of zombies trying to tear you limb from limb.

Now that the Dying Light: The Beast release date is here, players are trying to orient themselves and figure out what to do next. If you're like us, you like to take a wander in zombie games first, before setting off in the direction the story tells you to. Here is our Dying Light: The Beast map, with all known points of interest marked, so you can find what you need.

Here is the full Dying Light: The Beast map, where you can see several different icons denoting the various points of interest. The icons are:

• Safe Spot - Treehouse
• Safe Zone - Tent with flag
• Substation - Tower with electricity logo

The Safe Spot and Safe Zones are functionally similar, as they both give you a place away from the infected, have a bed where you can sleep, and reward you with blueprints or rare loot.

Safe Zones, however, require a bit more work to unlock, as you generally have to supply them with power and clear out any enemies inside. You get a workbench and access to your stash for your trouble.

The Substations are part of an ongoing quest to supply the town with electricity, and when completed, will reward you with weapon blueprints or rare loot.
